UPDATE: Somehow my iTunes preferences got changed (I'd swear from the account linking since I don't go into preferences often, and nobody else uses these machines)

Yesterday I got ThorDW bluray+digital boxset, and decided to redeem the digital portion. I was going to just set it to iTunes, but looked at the DisneyMoviesAnywhere and thought it might be interesting, and apparently I *still* get the iTunes version. great!

Redeemed code, connected to my iTunes account, and it pulled other movies over into the DisneyMoviesAnywhere collection. However, all my movies/tv's no longer show up as cloud downloads - my laptop which had only music on the local drive shows a blank slate for the movies/tv windows now. My desktop which had everything downloaded before still shows those movies, but no download for Thor DW.

Music still seems to come from cloud okay. I signed out and back in, then reran match hoping it might fix things. Nothing seemed to work.

Anybody have ideas or similar issues?

Update: Same deal on iTunes under Windows

On my iPad, I see all my iTunes purchased video content - but no computers can see it.

So I decided to disconnect my accounts as test. No help. Oddly enough, on my Apple TV, I see content from both services, even after the disconnect.

I did send a mail to both Apple & DisneyMoviesAnywhere - only apple responded, and it doesn't appear they understood my question yet...

Has anybody else tried this service? I'm curious if I've just hit a really weird corner case, or if things are generally broken.

Go to the iTunes Store and click "Purchased" on the right under "Quick Links". There you should see all your cloud content including movies. Click the cloud icon to download.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, that takes me to my purchased playlist, and the content does not show there. I'm actually starting to wonder if I actually do see all my music even. There's a rather lot of it I've purchased over the years - itunes store purchase history is 35 pages, so almost too much to dig through.

Interestingly enough, if I go straight to the itunes store page for some of the content (for example, Red Dwarf X), I can download that way. But frankly I had forgotten I even owned that until I saw it on the iPad.

Sounds like my account is just hosed. Going to try and demo it to a Genius Bar tomorrow - maybe I'll get some traction.

(one more update - iBooks does show content thats not downloaded - so music/books/apps seems fine, movies/tv screwed)

Finally figured it out. iTunes Store preferences got changed, apparently from the account linking (or maybe just random change). See attached image
