iPhone display bug in phone app

I'm attaching two pics. One is normal and the second one shows a messed up display. I think the bad one happens when a second call comes in and then it remains for the duration of the call.

This is with iOS 12.1.2.

I filed a bug with Apple.

Anyone else experience this?
