Display failure after 30 days - 16" MBP M4 Pro 2024

30 days in, opened the lid on my MBP and display is glitched. restarted and happens during apple icon load screen so def hardware related.

So far over 3 hours trying to get an exchange from Apple support and every time we start making progress on an exchange, magically get disconnected. have multiple call back appts from tech support not calling me back, multiple times connecting to chat going in circles.

Super dissapointed in Apple dropping the ball.

Wow, that is super weird. It's just duplicating things in the middle? What does it look like on the Apple bootup logo (I know you said it's affected)?

same on boot up logo, even in recovery mode. wiped and re-installed and no difference. Finally got through with apple and are sending a new one but will be without a laptop for a business trip next week

So lucky, said if it happened tomorrow it would be over 30 days and wouldn't be able to exchange it. just repair.
