display iphone screen on mac

I'm in the process of helping a friend who got an iphone and wanted to show him the ropes on it.However, he is in europe and im here canada.
I was going to use ichats screen sharing to share my screen since weboth have macs.
Now im wondering how I might go about showing the iphones display using xcode.I do have that installed.But Can it mimic the iphones interface on the screen with all my apps etc.

Xcode won't do what you want.

To display the screen of your actual device, you'd need to install a VNC server on it, and use a viewer on your Mac.

not jb. I bought the app when it was on sale long time back.I use it to just view my mac when im not at home
