Display not waking from sleep

Anyone having this issue? Restarted, reset SMC, reset NVRAM, restored defaults in energy saver section with no luck.

My primary monitor wakes up every time, but not the second one. It does on cold start, but if the computer goes to sleep, it won't wake up the second monitor. Mojave worked fine every time.

Having issue with external monitors as well. Mostly unplugging & re-plugging works, but had to reboot once.

... seriously :/

Just unplugged both external monitors and it performs as it should. Any workarounds? It didnt work for me on Mojave either.
