Settings > Notifications > Display As: Count

This setting does not appear to be affecting my Reminders app notifications. They still appear at the bottom of my Lock Screen. With this setting enabled, all notifications should be confined to the count button until I tap on it.

Is this a known bug?

Reminders notifications are treated differently, such as being able to stay on the Lock Screen for extended periods. So it could be a bug but could also be by design.

So, I discovered that existing incomplete Reminders notifications (prior to updating) were persisting on the Lock Screen. I disabled Lock Screen alerts for reminders and then re-enabled them, and that did the trick.
