Hello,

According to my System Profile, my display resolution is 1680 x 1050.

I'm on a site where the wallpaper downloads come in 1024x760, 1280x1024 & 1600x1200.

Using any of these, I just get an background that doesn't fit the screen.

Am I meant change the resolution?
Or should I never do that?

Regards

www.interfacelift.com has wallpapers in 16:10 aspect ratio.

And no, you shouldn't change your display resolution because your wallpapers don't fit. You can use the stretch or fit command, to get no bars on your desktop.
Also, current displays (flat panels) come with a native resolution, so any other resolution looks crappy.

Cheers.

It was a particular site I was using, but it's no big deal.

Regards.
