When I take my AW6 off the charger, the display turns on. When I put it on my wrist, the display turns off. Take it off again, display turns back on. Back on the wrist, display turns back off.

Display still works when I touch it. It's like theatre mode is on, but it's not enabled...

AOD is enabled. Wrist Detection is enabled. No tattoos, and it worked perfectly before.

Have the issue on both WatchOs 8 & 9. Tried restarting/unpairing/repairing multiple times.

Any ideas?

Thanks

It really does sound like some focus feature is active. A forced restart is a good idea. But I would definitely look through the focus settings.
Thank you. Don’t have focus mode set up. I will try resetting the Watch and reinstall it.

If that doesn’t work maybe it’s something with the hardware part of wrist detection, like bad sensor or something.
