Been having this issue since the last update. I have 3 monitors I connect to my MacBook Pro in clamshell. Every time I wake from sleep, the monitor order is always wrong. Once its corrected, the monitors will stay the right configuration until I close down for the night. This only happens after wake or restart. Does anyone have this issue? Appears this isn't a wide spread issue and am hoping to find a fix for it.

For reference: 16" MacBook Pro, 5600m, Monitors connected via 3 Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapters, Catalina 10.15.6

Go into Mission Control in System Preferences. Uncheck "Automatically rearrange Spaces on most recent use". This worked for a client with multiple monitors. At least it occurs much less frequently.
