Distorted cursor !

For some reason my cursor has this strange aura around it.. it distorts the area around it and makes it blurry.. it is making me crazy.. it just started yesterday when i turned it on... Help !!

Try a restart and a reset of the PRAM and repair permissions, IDK try everything!!

If that doesn't help, tell us if it happens with all cursors or just with the Finder's arrow cursor. For example, when you open TextEdit and the cursor is over that window, is the text cursor distorted the same way?
