dmg to iso

Hey guys, i have made a dmg images of a game civilization 4 with carbon copy cloner. I have let my friend borrow disks as he lives on campus and needs something to do, i didnt realize that they were dmg untill today and i need them to run on windows partition. So i was wondering how can i convert them to iso and launchable on windows
