.dms extension ?

Hi,

I did a Copy of a nice photo from a site on the internet, and it is apparently being saved as a .dms ?

What is a .dms extension, please ?

Can't open it up in Photos.
Any way to, or how to re-save as a jpeg perhaps (when doing the Copy, or afterwards) ?

Funny, as this is the only photo I've ever copied that does this.
