EDIT: Just to follow up. The error has fixed itself after I updated to iOS 18.1
For the last few years I have used an automation that activates DND (Do Not Disturb) when I connected my iPhone to a charger, and disabled DND when I disconnect the charger. It has been the case that when DND is activated, all notifications on the lock screen are hidden - and when DND is deactivated, ALL notifications are visible again.
In iOS 18, my notifications are hidden when DND activate... but they don't reappear when DND is disabled. I have to swipe them up myself. Normally the notifications popped up on the lock screen the second I disconnected from the charger. Is that the intention for it to be like this now, in iOS 18 - or is it a bug. Does anyone else experience the same thing?
(iPhone 16, on iOS 18.0.1)
