Hi all,
Since we moved office out of about 25 macs i have around a handful that appear to have DNS problems over Ethernet.
All macs are running 10.11.
I've run the following commands to try and clear the DNS Cache.
sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache
I noticed that the DHCP takes an awful long time (1 min) when connected via ethernet to get an IP address. When i plug my laptop in it gets an address straight away, so i know it's not a network problem.
For now to get around the issue i've moved these problem machines to Wifi which work faultless.
Any help would be of great help.
Many thanks
