It's my biggest pet-hate and something I'm amazed still happens, but I'm wondering if it happens on all browsers/operating systems.
When click on a page, the page loads and so I start looking around. But actually, the page hasn't fully loaded. Suddenly a picture appears which forces the text further down - so I scroll down to find the text I was reading. Then another picture - so I scroll down again. Then it suddenly jumps all the way back to the top etc. etc. It drives me mad!
Why does this happen? Is there any way to stop it?
