Do any search engines of apps exist that find .csv (chapter names) for handbrake?

I'm looking to import .csv files into hanbrake that will give titles to the chapters of the movie being encoded.

I know its a long shot, but can anyone help out?

Use MetaX or Subler to tag your movies with the chapter titles after they've been encoded in Handbrake.

Thanks! I've tried both but it seems the already need a csv file to import. Is there a way to get the app to grab the information from a database?
