Please help me. I want to get a new iPhone but I'm stuck between getting the iPhone 8 Plus with its bigger display and the still not outed iPhone 9 (the budget phone). Which one do you guys say I should get cause I'm not really skilled at these stuff.

iPhone 8/Plus Do I get the iPhone 8 Plus today or wait for the iPhone 9 to get out?

It depends on how badly you need/want to upgrade. I personally would wait to see what’s coming out in September. Even if you don’t like the new phones you’d be able to get an even better deal on the 8 plus when the new ones come out.

If you can wait just a little longer, you'll get see what the new iPhones are like and whether you want (or can afford) one. The iPhone 8 series will still be available to purchase when the next iPhones come out and they'll be a little cheaper than they are today. Wait (if you can).

I’ve been having this same debate. Unless you get a crazy deal, you’re paying a premium for what is essentially last year’s tech. As hard as it’s been to not hit the instant gratification button and buy the 8+, it makes more sense to wait and see what comes next month. If you wait, at least the discounted price of the 8+ will reflect that it’s not the latest and greatest (in terms of chipsets, at the very least.)
Apple does not discount its hardware for the lesser support span you will get by buying the 8+ now. You will essentially be paying the same price (as someone who bought it on launch day back in 2017) for a product that Apple will stop supporting/ updating 11 months sooner.
These types of threads become more prevalent every during this time Of year. If you’re this close to the September keynote, wait it out. Because if you don’t, then later on you might want the latest iPhone for XYZ reasons and you’re going to regret purchasing a phone that was older when you might have found something attractive about the newest devices. Make your decision once the new iPhones release.
This, it's only a month out, I'd wait. Plus once the new phones are out you'll find some great deals on the 8+ either through carriers or retailers if you're still wanting that phone.
Just wait until next month, you’ll get a cracking deal on an 8 Plus when the new iPhones are unveiled. No point paying full price now when in 4 weeks the prices will be slashed.
