MP 1,1-5,1 Do I have this right? Powering a Vega 64

Someone near me is selling a Vega 64 8gb for cheap, says it’s clean firmware and only used in a media server.

I know its dual-8-pin power, and I already have the Pixlas mod wired for a single 8-pin.

So I would use the dual 6-to-8 PCIe power from the backplane AND the Pixlas plug simultaneously correct?

Also, I’m using OpenCore to activate hardware acceleration in Mojave on my current Sapphire Pulse RX580. Would I have to change anything in the OpenCore config, or would the Vega 64 just plug-n-play?

Dual mini-6 pin to 8-pin + Pixlas modded 8-pin would give enough power to the Vega.
