do I install this new updates on my macbook?

I have a old style 32 bit(ancient) macbook with out the fancy core "2" duo processor. Its just the standard core duo. Do I install these new updates for it?
WWAN support Update
Cingular, sprint and verizon card updates.

My macbook doesn't have a slot for a wireless card. Or is this update for something else? do I really need these?

You don't NEED them, but you can install them if you want just to be updated.
