Do I need another iPhone to use Find iPhone?!?

I can't seem to figure this out. I have it set up but can't seem to get access without my iPhone (which kind of defeats the purpose, no?). Am I missing something? Is there a website I can use to track it from a computer (me.com just logs me into mail)? Thanks.
