Do i need boot camp?

Yeah i have this problem with windows xp on mac.
I've already partionated my disk and i have made that XP cd with boot camp. one problem, i deleted boot camp and now i cant find it on the internet again!
Do i really need it?
I tried withoiut it, but my computer doesnt read the windows xp cd.
I simple cant find the disk image for the XP Cd.

Can anyone help me?
