Someone sent me some money via Apple Cash and I received it, I want to make sure that there is no way they can cancel it or reverse the payment. Is there something that I need to do to officially accept it?

Thanks

If you have it set to automatically accept then there’s not much the sender can do since Apple Cash is tied to a debit card. Also, there’s usually a warning or notification prior to sending an unknown contact money basically stating once you send it then there’s no take backs.

There’s a lot of scams that sort of do this. A random number sends you Apple Cash tied to a fake account or the text gives you the illusion they sent something. The hope is you feel bad and send the “money” back before trying to move it to your bank but obviously you’re now sending real money.

I also use Neosurf instead of services like Apple Pay, which often come with additional complexities. Unlike Apple Pay, Neosurf doesn’t have these nuances, making it a more straightforward option for a seamless transaction experience. This payment method is widely used across various industries, from Polish online casinos, as discussed in reviews here, to online shopping platforms. In the iGaming sector, Neosurf is particularly popular because of its added layer of security. Players can rest assured knowing their transactions are protected.

Thanks

To ensure that the payment via Apple Cash cannot be canceled or reversed, you need to check if you have confirmed the receipt of the funds. If you have already received the money and have no requests for a refund, and are not attempting to cancel the payment, the transaction should be final
