Do I need to reinstall Lion Server?

I have recently set up a Mac mini lion server. I have installed MySQL to be able to run Zen-Cart and I have set up a couple of domains (external DNS-hosting), and I have an up and running web-store. Not bad for someone taking the first steps in server management

Sadly - it seems like I have overwritten/deleted the server webbased tools (I can not access the "Welcome to Mac Os X Lion server" page ( demonstrated here: https://help.apple.com/advancedserve...4-C7A1E8568072 ).

My IP-adress is 79.161.60.166, and that just gives me access to a demo-page I created.

So - if there are not any other brilliant ideas out there, I belive I have to reinstall Lion server. But I wonder - will I loose any of my installations by reinstalling Lion server? It took me a while to get MySql and Zen-Cart up and running and I would prefer not to have to go through all that again!

I am new to OS X Server but since no one else has responded here are my thoughts.

Can u reinstall onto a USB drive and just copy whatever you need?
What if you clone your hard drive and then install, if need be you could use migration assistant to bring over everything you set up. Just my $.02 worth

I have 2 HD drives on my mac mini. Perhaps I can install a second Lion Server on disk no. 2, and copy the files from that installation to my previous installation?

You do not need to reformat your Mac Mini Server... all your service are still there and accessible... so you can ADD them manually on your created website..
Example:
https://79.161.60.166/profilemanager

Or you can install Mac OS Server on an other external HD and copy the Default website site to your server.

I recommended to created testing server and practice setting up... i format mine about 6 times.. version 10.7.2 is more stable now and its working good..

Also ensure to use and setup a proper domain name with an SSL certificate so you can use profile manager and other services.

Don't reinstall Lion

If you are hosting two websites on your machine, you can configure them using Lion Server Admin tools that can be downloaded from Apple at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1419. The page you're referring to that no longer shows up is the default page that Apache displays when it is not set up to link to your web sites. It's still there. You should be able to figure out where by searching the usual places.

Each of your sites needs to be configured to point to a folder that contains the sites. It appears that this is what's missing.

If you've never opened the Server.app and flipped any of the switches to "On" then that page will not show up. On Windows if you never enable IIS then the default IIS page never shows up either.

The Mac community in general is more of a "user" based group. If you ever find a site with more technical discussions please share the link. If you posted a question in the iTunes section about music you would get lots of responses.

I tried copying the files from alain651, but when I tried to access the webpages for the different services I got the message they could not be accessed because the services were not turned on. After shuting down and restarting the services - without results - I installed a fresh version of Lion on my 2nd HD. It took me one evening setting up an running installations (something I had used many days on during my first install), and now it seems my services are running "normally".

Web-hosting is set up, but I am really struggling with getting the e-mail working. I have tried Googling, but there doesn't seem to be any "Mail server on Lion for dummies" kind of instructions out there. Basicly - I am able to connect to my web-mail (via browser) but sent mail is not delivered and an error is returned when trying to send e-mail to the addresses hosted on my server. Anyone who has good links or documents to link to? Or perhaps someone who has gone through something similar?
