Hey,

everytime I try to activate Notes in iCloud, it tells me, I need an iCloud.com-Account.
With Reminders, I don't need that.

What about iOS 9?

Yes. Furthermore, to read those notes created in iOS 9 on a Mac, you'll need to be running El Capitan.
