Do Ipads get shippped to UK by boat for store sales?

Do Apple ship their products by boat? Considerring first day sales hit 100s of thousends at times they must right?

Now that the Volcano in Iceland is errupting yet another cloud worried about further Ipad delays to UK.

When they mass ship for store sales how do Apple get their Products into the UK?

Theres still more than a month till it goes on sale for the UK so there should be no problems, some of the flights are open today and hopefully should be fine, if there are delays then I will be very very angry, and upset.

I think they ship them via carrier pigeon.
