Do new imacs come with a full leopard install disc?

So i'm gonna purchase a new imac in a couple days.
I know that they ship with a leopard install/recover dvd.
What i'm wondering is, can that dvd be used to also install leopard on my macbook?
Or is it just a recovery dvd that cannot be used to do a fresh install on another computer?

i m not sure if it a full retail leopard dvd, if so could you put it on you MB yes, legal? No...

It's a drop-in disc that'll more then likely look for a previous Tiger installation.

Well I have the latest version of tiger on my macbook so that may not be an issue.
I was also wondering about the legality of it.

It's a single license upgrade that you're trying to use on two machines.
