Do new iMacs have better Wifi range?

Hi, looking for some advice. I have an old late 2014 iMac and I was wondering if the latest models have a better range of WIFI with their chipsets?

I can't seem to find information comparing the Wifi range on Apple website so I was hoping someone on here might know?
