Do Not Disturb - Is there a way to only allow phone calls from favorites?

So, my wife leaves her iPhone on at night and constantly gets texts and night that buzz and wake me (not her of course, but I hear them). Anyway, I saw that if set to Do Not Disturb, it should allow then ONLY people in ther Favorites to have texts and phone calls come through.

But is there a way to filter to only allow phone calls and not texts from people in her Favorites? Certainly want an emergency phone call to ring in the middle of the night from family members, but we don't need their texts also coming through buzzing the phone (if possible). Thanks!

I think you need to go under People for the Focus and remove all the names from "Allow Notifications" and then set "Allow Calls From" to Favorites.

And make sure Messages is not in the Apps list for the Focus (and remove Phone as well if present).

Thank you. I'll check her phone later after work. I have mine set per these screen shots...she must have something toggled differently.

Yours looks good. Only other thing to maybe change is "Silence Notifications" to Always, but should not matter for when asleep as screen should be locked.

Oh and: make sure Time Sensitive is off in the Focus, in case Messages' Notifications are setup as Time Sensitive.
