I always had "Do Not Disturb" enabled on my iPhone from 10PM to 6AM. It always worked like a charm.Today I upgraded to iOS14.3 and since I was working on my computer I did not pay much attention to my phone but after couple hours I noticed that I had a ton of messages from iMessage and WhatssApp and other and couple voice mails. My phone never rang and I got no notifications. I then noticed the message: "Calls and notifications will be silenced until 6AM". But that was still 4PM. I played with the "Do Not Disturb" and no matter what time I set it up, if I enable it it will immediately silence my phone. Anyone else with the same problem?

Did you try rebooting the phone? If so, did you try “reset all settings”?
Yes. No luck at all. No matter what time if I enable "Do Not Disturb" it will immediately turn it on and silence the phone.

If you have it scheduled for 22:00 to 06:00, but are manually enabling do not disturb outside of those hours (which is how I’m interpreting what you’re saying), then it will immediately enable do not disturb until the scheduled end time of 06:00. (If you don’t have a scheduled time set, it will be enabled until you manually disable it again.)

In Settings > Do Not Disturb do not turn the very top toggle on, just toggle the one on below it (labelled “Scheduled”), and set the times.

Turning the very top toggle on in Settings > Do Not Disturb is enabling do not disturb at that very instant.

Thank you very much for your comment. It makes total sense. My problem is that after the upgrade to iOS14.3, the "Do Not Disturb" was enabled (not by me but somehow the update might have triggered it) so the phone was on silent mode and I didn't know that. It seems it is working fine now since it went into the cycle I have scheduled from 10PM to 6AM and this morning the phone was not in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
