When I turn it on at night, set my iPhone on its wireless charger, and go to bed, email notifications in the middle of the night light up the screen and wake me up. Anyone else? Is there a fix?

The point is with Do Not Disturb enabled the screen never lights up when notifications arrive. That is the customary behavior; since upgrading to iOS 13 different story.
