I am running IOS 14.3 on iPhone 12 Pro, and I have the Do Not Disturb feature turned on just to allow contacts in my favourite list to go through, but randomly if I get a another contact that calls me that is not in my favourite list the call goes, I end up force restarting my phone which fixes the issue for a while but I start to encounter the same issue after a while. Anyone else have this problem.

I’ve noticed a similar behaviour on 14.3 on my 12 pro max. My phone will sometimes allow a call to come through even though it’s not in my favourites and it’s only rang once.

And the call list will show its rang twice in the same minute. I know that they haven’t rang twice.

I don’t hold out any hope, but maybe 14.4 will fix one or two of the billions of bugs that currently exist.

Out of interest, in your call log in the phone app, how many times does it show the person who shouldn’t have come through rang? I’m just wondering if it’s the same as mine where it shows twice even though they actually only rang once. Otherwise your problem is identical to mine.

That’s strange behavior, I’m assuming your iPhone is locked?

As the feature doesn’t work if you are using your iPhone, it’s only enabled when the iPhone is locked.

Do Not Disturb can be set to work when the phone is unlocked as well.
