Do not disturb

Hello,
Can we set do not disturb seperately on iphone and apple watch? I dont see this function in ios 15.

I don't recall Apple mentioning that ability. if I am incorrect, someone feel free to correct me.

In the past i can set it here, like switch off the mirror but now its impossible

Would be a nice feature to have. I have yet to find a way around it also.
