iPhone X Do Not disturbed while driving

I like the idea of Do Not disturbed while driving, but for me it just does not work. I still get a continued stream of notifications while driving. I know Do not disturb is on, because if I try to open phone I get dialog box up asking if I am driving.

Is there something I am missing in the settings?

2 diff do not disturbs....did you scroll down to the bottom one ?
do you have it set to "when connected to car bluetooth" ?
and all contacts ?

There are 2 different “Do Not Disturb” icons. One has a crescent moon and one has a car silhouette. I don’t know if their functionality overlaps, but the car version of DND definitely knows when you’re driving. Or walking.

You need to then turn off the other DND feature which is oriented towards driving safety.
