There is absolutely no reason to jailbreak right now with Cydia yet to be updated. Everyone (99.9% of jailbreak users) should wait until Saurik updates Cydia installer and it gets packaged into an updated Pangu setup.

Again, there is no Cydia included with Pangu ios 8 jailbreak. (AKA its useless until updated)

They provide there own package install app, so not useless, but i would rather have Cydia.

Correct, no need to rush.
I think within a week or so we will have much better results with cydia up and running and some hacks will start getting updates for ios 8.
Right now its still early but its still great news though.
Looking forward to it.

While there is no rush to jailbreak right now, it is wise to upgrade to 8.1 if you haven't.
