iPad Pro Do not see SIRI instead of Hey SIRI ?

I am not seeing the only SIRI option instead of Having Hey SIRI. Apple has mentioned it is available only in certain regions so is it only for U.S and the U.K ? Anyone from other countries can you guys see it ? Do you have the option of only having only SIRI ?

I see it under Settings > Siri & Search > Listen for

It gives you the option of Siri, Hey Siri or off. I'm in the US.

ive got it in my Portuguese account with language set to English (United Kingdom)

My mistake. The footnote on Apple’s website (footnote 10 on the iPad OS 17 page) reads:

Available in English (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, U.S.) on iPad and on AirPods Pro (2nd generation).

I took that to mean that it was only available in those countries. It appears instead to be referring to the Siri language the user has selected, and those 4 language choices are not limited to those 4 countries/regions.
