do refurbs come with new keyboard / mouse?

Anxiously awaiting my refurb imac and wondering whether the refurb machines come with new mice/keyboard or whatever shipped with the machine originally?

I've ordered many things from the refurb store and everything looked new - because items get new cases. but it's hard to replace the case on a keyboard. I'd hate to see fingerprints all over my shiny new keyboard...

I don't know if mine was new... But it sure looked new

They come with everything a new one would. I will guarantee you that you won't be able to tell that anything is not new

Mine did.

The cabled mouse died (I thought) after a few weeks.

Apple sent me a brand new wireless mouse f.o.c.

However, I stopped using it after it interfered with my 2.4ghz cctv system

I thoroughly squirted and cleaned my cabled mouse, no problems since.

As for the refurb iMac, no problems at all.

After all it would have been thoroughly tested before being put on sale again.

15th May 2008 ! Coming up to it's third birthday.
