Do these problems exist still?

I recall when I had Bootcamp beta installed with XP Pro whenever I rebooted into OS X I couldn't empty the garbage without having to do a second restart and nothing would appear on my desktop (like created pdf files, downloads etc) unless I restarted for a second time either. Has this been fixed with Bootcamp 2?

I have no such problems with Vista.
