Do they charge your CC when they ship?

Hi!

I'm wondering if Apple is charging the CC when it ships or when you buy it?

My CC hasn't been charged for the MBP yet (Altough the iPod has been).

I'm wondering because of my credit card limited to a 2500$ purchase.

Am I the only one who hasn't been charged yet?

My experience is Apple places a "hold" on your CC for the full amount when you order. You get charged on shipment.

If the amount you spent was below the limit on your CC you should have no problem…

Alos remember banks take a day or two to reflect transactions…
