The window that then comes up is all i need. If someone could send me this screenshot it would be incredibly helpful.

The reason i need this is for my insurance company, they demand specific info that is on that screen and i have yet to receive my iMac, so i'd like to get the insurance sorted before it arrives so i can claim on it if it is damaged upon delivery.

isn't iMac 11,3 the model number? the only other 2 things missing are serial number and Hardware UUID

No need for a screenshot, just go to the online store, choose the model and click on "Select": http://store.apple.com/us/configure/MC511LL/A?mco=MTg1ODA4MDM

Model number would be MC511LL/A.

Only the two characters before the slash vary from country to country, so regardless of country, the 27" i5 Quad 2.8 GHz iMac is a MC511xx/A model.
