i tried shazaming it (as I'm sure you did) with no luck. Keith Kenniff did some music for some apple commercials and it sounds like it might be him. Not sure of the name of the song though.

it is ... i had to dig in a little deeper. I actually never even used that feature in photos. There are a lot of songs to choose from other then just the default ones. The song is called "Forward" by Taylor Lipari-Hassett.

Here is a link to his site where you can listen to it. It has been tweaked for the iPhone photos app, its not the original but sounds very close.
