Do you have to pay for Cydia apps again if bought on old iPhone?

Just wondered if i have Cydia will i have to pay for my apps i paid for on my new iPhone 4 again?
Currently Cydia keeps timing out all the time so bit frustrating, this happening for anyone else?

To the best of my knowledge the apps are attached to you, not the phone per se. I haven't had any problems with license transfers and whatnot using Cydia or Rock.

No you don't have to pay again. You just login with your Facebook or Google sign in that you used on your old device and it will realize that you've paid before.
