I currently live in Dubai in the Middle East, and I have an American iPhone (1.0.2 updated to 1.1.2) unlocked to work with the SIM cards from the local mobile provider. However, I'll be going home to the UK for Christmas, and I'd like to be able to use the UK SIM card I keep for trips home.

Will I need to run both AnySIM and iWorld again after I've swapped the cards over, or will it be OK just to run iWorld?

You should be ok, but you have to run iWorld if you traveled to another country.
