Other Do you keep both HDR and SDR photos?

Just wondering what everyone does regarding hdr picture taking

I always find myself having the camera app keep both hdr and sdr, then I’ll examine which is best and delete the other.

9 times out of ten I keep the HDR, but there are times it misfires and will make a wall molding or piece of paper super bright. I could tame it in editing but I’d hate to miss out on a great pic of my kids or something.

9 times out if 10, the non-HDR photo looks more realistic to me.

What iPhone are you using? As any of the newer ones don't give you a choice to turn off HDR.
