Do you like the new gradient in the menu bar icons?

I just updated to El Capitan. So far the so good, but I'm not sure about the new gradient in the Toolbar bar icons/buttons.

They look out of place to me, kind of outdated.

Yes, those ones. I don't hate them, but I would prefer more plain ones.
