if I didn’t I wouldn’t be replying to the forum but it’s a tool. It’s an intermediate major tool so I can use it in bed because I hate using my phone. It’s too small but it doesn’t bring happiness no piece of steel and glass or aluminium and glass or silicon and glass can do that, it’s just an iPad.

I do like mine, and have complained about its usability navigating in iOS. But, I will say the Magic Keyboard is quite helpful in taking it up a notch when I get tired of navigating via the touch screen.

It is incredible how limited iPadOS is, I can't even watch a YouTube video while trying to watch a streaming sports game at the same time. This alone has become a deal breaker for over a thousand plus dollar device!

That sounds like a very extreme niche use case. Does that represent your main type usage? I can't imagine a lot of people wanting to do such a thing. You could have easily researched that ability on here ahead of time without forking over $1K.

Note using the iPad in vertical mode is darn handy for scrolling many websites and cuts down on the number of times I need to scroll. It’s easy to forget the fundamentals of a touch screen’s options while enamored with a laptop like horizontal screen! Well Duh on me!:p

It’s so nice! I bought it twice! My excuse is that whichever size I don’t end up picking will be my wife’s!

The OP asked whether people like their iPads or not. I dont think they suggested anything else such as whether it brings anyone happiness or any other such philosophical waxings.

Liking a price of equipment is perfectly acceptable vernacular. You can like using a particular tool without it being weird.
