I look at the keys when I type on my iPhone but was wondering if I was supposed to treat it like a computer and look at the screen while I type.

Personally, I have to look at the keys to have any accuracy at all. It would be more efficient to look at the screen, however, because that means when the suggestions come up for the word you are typing, you can just press the space bar to finish inputting the word instead of typing the rest of it out. I am practicing to get better at typing, and I can see gradual improvements I guess.

Do what's comfortable. I can see both but if it's a short message, just the screen. If longer, then the keyboard with glances at the screen. There is no one "right" way.

I look at the keyboard, but if i get a word suggestion then i look at it with my periferal vision.
