I think this has been tried before. People here signed up for it (including myself), reviewed 2 things, and then got lazy.

But maybe your idea was different. This other person's idea was to review everything. Literally. You can review your tissue paper if you want. Favourite restaurant, chocolate bar, hair dryer, etc. No direction, which is probably why it bombed.
