Do you think Apple will still repair this if I have warranty?

There's a hairline crack and another crack thing in the bottom left. Will Apple still repair it for free if I go now to the Apple store? I heard they fix hairline cracks free, but the bottom left crack seems like a red flag to them.

Not if it's the standard one year warranty. If you have Applecare it will be a deductible of $79 dollars but they'll give you a completely new phone. If you don't have Applecare it will be $129 dollars because the standard one year warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. You could try being very polite at the apple store and maybe they'll do it for free. Sometimes you'll run into a very nice genius. Or you can get a 34 dollar kit and replace it yourself. iFixit has tutorials on youtube. It's not near as hard as it may seem to be. I've never had to do it for my personal phone but i've done it for others and it really isn't as hard as you may think. You could also look around your local mall and get quotes but I wouldn't pay anything above 60 dollars as you can do it yourself for 34 and it comes with a kit. Best of luck!

Thank you for the quick reply! Hmm... I just checked the status of my warranty and it said I'm still active for repairs and services.

So I'm guessing even with warranty, they'll charge me that much for a repair? I could pretty much fix it myself, but college emptied my wallet I can't afford a kit of some sort at the moment.

Yes. It's the standard one year warranty it says eligible hardware repairs which unfortunately doesn't cover accidental damage. Applecare gives you two incidents where you pay for applecare and then a 79 dollar deductible for a new phone up to two incidents. A little confusing I know but it really can't hurt to take it in if you don't have to go out of your way to get to an apple store. Completely understandable about college. I've never understood how in 2015 college is so expensive. Should be free or at least affordable by now. Private schools are even worse financially. Anyway getting a little off topic. Your best bet would be to go to an apple store if there's one close and at least ask if there's anything they can do. Chances are they'll say you have to pay the $129 charge but you never know. I'd personally wait until you have a couple bucks and get a 34 dollar screen and digitizer. They're making a profit on that even! 129 dollars is parts and labor. That's where they get you! It's manufacturers defects only warranty coverage. Not insurance if you break it.
And Not accidental physical damage either.
