i was jsut wondering.. will apple ever do what napster does and do the unlimited downlaods for the 15 bucks a month?? i wish they did because its a pain in the ass for me to download from napster and convert it all.. because itunes is just to expensive for me..
 
I don't think they will ever offer the "renting music" like napster offers...because they are doing really good at the $.99 price mark.
 
It would be more accurate to say:

Short answer: No.

Long answer: No, unless subscription services start to become really popular, in which case maybe.

Currently they have something like 80% of the market, so why mess with anything.

I can understand renting a SCORE or something, but audio music? Meh... eh.. Gheh...

You're not converting "rental" songs to transfer to a mac so you can keep them......are you???? :eek:
