I think it would. Apart from the S-pen related features, last year when the note 2 launched it had the multi-window feature.

a better place
Hopefully further expanded S-Pen enabled apps, and hopefully improved pressure sensitivity on the pen would be the most important for the note.

It will be interesting to see if it does indeed have 3GB ram as opposed to 2GB on the S4.

I think increasing the s-pen apps will be pretty much the only difference between it and the S4.

The S-Pen alone makes the Galaxy Note better then the GS4. The Galaxy S4 copied the galaxy notes features, but made them for non s-pen

not really, depends on wether you like it bigger or not. the S pen is very good but better for me on a tablet than phone.

of course it would, only a big screen cant help sell the device, there would be new software AND hardware features, they also have a developer conference on Oct 27, so expect improvements and more features.

I think we will see improvements to the

S-pen,
screen resolution 'hopefully brightness too and improved anti-glare coating',
maybe improved multitasking,
much faster processor,
improved battery life,
improved design and durability

the S pen will be a big selling point too...it's a great phone with better battery life too. It's to many people a bigger S4. It's a great phone but doesn't mean it's certainly better than the S4.

guess we will see what features it comes with.

S3 had 1GB of Ram, Note 2 - 2GB. S3 has 1.4Ghz, Note has 1.6Ghz. Note 2 has a bigger battery and S-Pen.

If the Note 3 follows that trend then it will certainly be better :)

S3 with USA models (Qualcomm chips) all had 2gb RAM to make up for the duo core chip so performance wise it was almost the same as the international S3 quad core that had 1GB ram.

yeah, a large amount of people think that the note is just a bigger variant of the GS phone, but to me, it's much more than that, the s-pen is one of it's biggest selling point, if it didnt had the s-pen it'd have been a big failure, just like the LG Gpro, huawei ascend, etc. and they aren't just putting a stylus in the phone they're also providing TONNES of software features made for the stylus. i'm really excited for this device!:D
